PanoMap PMS is a data management and publishing system with integration of panorama and Google Map. Its user shall subject to applicable laws and regulations of their own countries, observe relevant requests and notices involved in Google Map API.
During using the Panomap system, all rights for non-original file data such as pics, content, ads reserved for the user. Any disputes or consequences from the user for breaching above requests will be fully on the user’s liabilities.

PanoMap MPS is a Google Map application platform based on secondary development to Google Map API, the codes involving Google Map API belongs to Google Co., and copyrights of other unpublicized codes belongs to PANOMAP.CN. This system is copyright protected at Copyright Bureau, PRC, any user licensed with this system must not, in any way, modify, re-sell, rent or broadcast this system, or use PanoMap.cn owned codes for other development.
User fails to observe above protocol, your license may be terminated and revoked, and you will take full responsibility for any legal responsibilities thereof.
Besides, licensed users shall submit its domain to PanoMap BBS (users outside PRC may send the domain via E-mail to panomap@gmail.com), to complete share and interlink with other users. The user must allow the system to obtain PanoMpa user link information from PanoMap.cn.

The user, before purchasing license, shall read clearly above terms and requests, and shall be fully aware of all possible risks during software application. PanoMap.cn takes no responsibility in indemnify, guarantee for any or all possible risks during application of this system, or take any responsibilities in problems of the user’s own information data. The electronic license agreement has complete and equal legal effect with that of the written agreement signed between both parties. Once you start installing this system, it is assumed that you have fully understood and accepted all terms of this agreement, and you are subject to relevant restrictions and limitations while enjoying rights granted by above terms. Activities beyond scope of agreement will be direct violation of the license agreement and causes infringement, PanoMap.cn is entitled to seize license at any time, request stop further damage and reserve the rights to investigate relevant liabilities.
